Job Summary
Manager-level strategic finance role focused on G&A OpEx, serving as primary finance partner to G&A cost center owners (People, Finance, Legal, Tax). Responsibilities include end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance management; ownership of AvF (Actuals vs Forecast) processes; leading annual budget and monthly forecast cycles; building dynamic financial models and dashboards; partnering with Accounting on month-end close; and operating effectively in ambiguous environments. Requires rigorous financial modeling, executive-level communication, and ability to drive data-informed decisions. Remote-first with Flex First policy; role open to candidates in the United States and Canadian provinces of Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic/Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related analytical field at a high-growth public technology company
