Corporate Finance Manager/Associate Director

Project manage all aspects of a transaction, including preparing pitch materials, information memorandums, and key document reviews such as business plans and financial models. Conduct buyer or target research, perform benchmarking and analysis to support valuations, and summarize rationale for disposal and buy-side mandates. Support the team on client take-on and compliance while managing workload and seeking development guidance from senior members. Take an active role in business development and networking alongside other team members.
