Job Summary

Manage the Executive Compensation Finance team by overseeing multiple analysts, modeling executive compensation forecasts, and supporting annual planning and strategic modeling. Compile, validate, and analyze data related to the company's annual plan and business performance to inform hiring decisions and guide sector finance leads. Be responsible for all monthly bonus accruals, reporting, and analytics for the company-wide bonus pools, while partnering with senior HR leaders to design strategic compensation structures. Communicate business trends and scenario analysis to executive leadership to enable financial value creation and ensure teams remain within affordability envelopes.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a corporate FP&A or accounting setting
  • 3+ years of experience in financial forecasting
  • 1+ years of experience managing financial analysts
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship

  • Experience presenting financial data to leadership
  • Experience with accounting
  • Ability to model and articulate P&L performance drivers
  • Ability to attain a comprehension of the government contracting business model and operational drivers quickly
  • Ability to create and maintain forecasting models
  • Ability to effectively manage complex processes alongside time-sensitive deliverables
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to maintain strict privacy of confidential information
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
