Job Summary
Conduct recurring FP&A processes including forecasting, monthly analyses, budgeting, financial system oversight, and management reporting. Synthesize key financial and business insights for leadership by analyzing results, KPIs, and risks to communicate timely opportunities. Develop and execute annual planning processes, financial forecasts, and variance analysis while identifying process improvements and cost efficiency measures. Design financial infrastructure to automate business operations and build scalable solutions. Work horizontally with peers and vertically with senior leaders to drive standardization and support company growth. This individual contributor role directly influences how leadership understands and acts on the business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, finance or management consulting
- Ability to work horizontally and vertically in an organization with peers as well as senior leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Logical reasoning
- The presentation of potential solutions
- Excellent analytical skills
- The business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture
- An ability to determine the 'why' behind the numbers
- Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Interest in developing sophisticated querying / modeling skills
- Proven track record to managing priorities simultaneously and driving projects
- Experience in applying financial systems for data input and reporting
- The ability to build and maintain relevant reporting hierarchies for use within the system
