Job Summary
Execute end-to-end corporate finance transactions across M&A, IPOs, and equity capital markets by preparing financial models, conducting valuations, and drafting investor presentations and term sheets. Draft transaction documents, participate in client meetings and internal deal reviews, and evaluate business models to support transaction planning. Coordinate with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure deal readiness while tracking KPIs and adhering to bank policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum two years of investment banking experience. Based in the UAE, this role offers hands-on execution in a global investment banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in investment banking, M&A, or Big 4 advisory
- Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Sound understanding of LMA documentation, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively
