Job Summary
Conduct accounting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks including GAAP reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Perform data analytics, modeling, and internal control assessments to support revenue-generating lines of business and shared services. Collaborate with finance professionals across various levels to provide strategic counsel, meaningful reporting, and critical insights into business metrics. Gain exposure to regulatory disclosures, economic capital, and performance valuation metrics within the non-client facing Finance organization. This 10-week program serves as the primary pipeline to the Corporate Finance & Accounting Development Program, with potential full-time offers upon graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Possess valid US work authorization
- Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Pursuing a BA/BS or advanced degree with an expected graduation date from Winter 2025 to Spring 2026
- Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, and Business Analytics)
