Job Summary
Senior Corporate Facility Security Officer leading the Program Security and Compliance Branch within Accenture Federal Services. Manage ~20 FSO, CSSO and FOCI Team members and drive Industrial Security compliance, safeguarding classified information, and protection of proprietary assets. Accountable for executing DCSA, client, and internal program audits, incident reporting, and records/documentation. Ensure integration with Physical/Technical Security, Personnel Security, and Insider Threat programs; maintain Cage Code and FCL records with DCSA; oversee FOCI governance and mitigation; provide oversight/training for the security team; collaborate with Contracts, Proposal, Real Estate, Legal and Delivery teams. Flexible hours with in-person presence required 3-5 days/week at the Chantilly office, with travel to DC-area and domestic facilities quarterly. Requires U.S. Citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and DoE Q clearance eligibility; 8+ years of management experience; CDSE FSO certification; knowledge of applicable security standards and frameworks (32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, NISS, SBFS, ITAR); experience supporting SAP/IC requirements and SCIF/SAPF construction and accreditation. Bonus points for direct FOCI experience, ITPSO background, and familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance
- DoE “Q” clearance (ability to obtain)
- 8+ years of management and leadership experience
- DCSA CDSE FSO Certification
- 10+ years of experience supporting DCSA and the Intelligence Community (IC) in related functions such as Personnel Security processing, CAGE codes and Facility Clearances, safeguarding requirements, SAP/IC requirements, and annual DCSA assessments
- Overseeing SCIF/SWA/SAPF construction and accreditation
- Excellent working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, Special Access Program Security Manual, ICDs (e.g. ICD 705), SEADs, NISS, SWFT, DISS, NBIS, e-APP, FOCI and ITAR
- Facilitating successful annual DCSA assessments
- Experience with FOCI governance and partnerships with Contracts, Real Estate, Legal and Delivery teams
