Job Summary
Manages physical properties in the assigned region with a focus on cost efficiency and safety. Oversees vendor and contractor relationships, prepares operating budgets and capital/expense plans, and coordinates facility projects up to $200k. Responsible for maintaining code compliance, safe and functional properties, annual facility visits, and implementing building-specific strategic plans. Engages with end users, regional management, and MOMs; supports churn processes for new hires and oversees reconfigurations and consolidations to minimize disruption. Requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant experience; budgeting, contract management, and real estate policy compliance are key competencies. Based in Austin, TX, with an in-office work arrangement and a focus on customer service, risk management, and strategic facilities management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Experience in budgeting, vendor/contract management, and facility operations
- Ability to manage projects up to $200k and coordinate with end users and MOMs
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and real estate policy compliance
- Strong communications and project management skills
- Experience in building-unique facility strategic plans and churn processes
