Job Summary
Manage physical properties in an assigned region to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level while ensuring code compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Lead vendor and contractor management, prepare annual operating budgets and capital/expense project plans, and execute facility churn processes for up to 10 people. Visit each facility at least once annually, oversee projects up to $200k, and maintain relationships with end users, regional management, and market operations managers. This role is based in Dearborn, Plymouth, or Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience required.
