Corporate Events Planner

Plan, organize, and execute shareholder engagement events including the Annual Meeting, informational meetings, and cultural gatherings. Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, coordinate with departments to deliver benefits, and oversee details from venue layout to AV equipment, catering, transportation, decorations, and printing. Coordinate with vendors and talent, manage budgets, supervise on-site setup and tear-down, assist with marketing materials and RSVP tracking, and handle invitations, guest lists, volunteers, and post-event surveys. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings, and a strong understanding of Alaska Native culture and the ANCSA landscape are required. Travel up to 50% may be required; some work performed in an office setting with travel to remote locations. Driving may be required, and the role is full-time with opportunities tied to event schedules.
