Corporate Events Intern

Research venues, vendors, and activity options for upcoming events, employee gatherings, and offsites. Assist in launching Progyny interest groups by gathering employee feedback, identifying group leads, and helping them build clear communication and engagement plans. Support planning and logistics for events—including internal team gatherings, summer engagement activities, and company-wide programming. Help maintain databases and inventories of venues, vendors, contract contacts, and industry resources. Support the drafting of event materials such as prep documents, run‐of‐shows, event plans, checklists, and attendee communications. Assist with event set‐up, onsite staffing, and post‐event breakdown as needed. Contribute to surveys, data collection, and post‐event summaries. Assist in managing the events inbox, responding to inquiries, and ensuring internal stakeholders have needed information. Support the maintenance of the annual events calendar and intranet updates. Perform additional administrative and event‐related tasks as assigned.
