Job Summary
Corporate Engagement Associates participate in an 18-week, cohort-based professional development experience within United Way’s Resource Development team, serving as full-time members to design and execute fundraising and engagement strategies for corporate partners. Responsibilities include managing and growing corporate relationships, delivering strategic recommendations to increase participation and impact, designing tailored fundraising campaigns, driving employee participation and campaign performance, leading presentations in virtual and in-person settings, coordinating timelines and events across stakeholders, and supporting volunteer activities and community initiatives. The program emphasizes business development, client relationship management, public speaking, project and account management, collaboration with internal teams, and measurable results, with a start around July 20, 2026 and end around November 20, 2026. Ideal candidates are early in their careers or completing a bachelor’s degree, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, can manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and are motivated by community service and nonprofit leadership.
Required Qualifications
