Job Summary
Provide leadership and oversight of dietary operations across multiple healthcare facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. Develop and implement consistent dietary standards, policies, and procedures; support facility leadership teams to achieve operational, clinical, and resident-satisfaction goals; ensure compliance with federal/state/local dietary regulations; conduct facility assessments and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Travel regularly to support facility operations; mentor dietary managers and facility teams; monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across facilities; take ownership of regional dietary operations and provide strategic leadership for future growth.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential required
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Service Management, or a related field required
- Regional or corporate healthcare leadership experience required
- Experience overseeing dietary operations across multiple locations
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and dietary best practices
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational systems and processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care settings preferred
