Corporate Development & Strategy Intern

Job Summary
Develop strategic frameworks and consolidate inputs for regional growth strategies while conducting desk research on market trends and industry dynamics across food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. Screen potential M&A opportunities by compiling company profiles and maintaining tracking databases for active deals. Assist with financial modeling, including revenue build-ups and comparable company research, and prepare slides for internal meetings and stakeholder updates. Support the yearly strategic planning cycle by drafting planning documents and coordinating cross-functional meetings. This internship provides exposure to corporate strategy execution within a multinational business environment, requiring a commitment of at least six months.
Required Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields)
- Able to commit at least 6 months of internship duration
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Basic familiarity with financial concepts
