Corporate Development Officer

Corporate Development Officer at the USO, responsible for cultivation, analysis, renewal and expansion of relationships with key corporate partners and corporate foundations to raise revenue and awareness in support of USO programs and services. Manage a portfolio of assigned corporate and corporate foundation partners, oversee contract creation and fulfillment, analyze business climate for opportunities, collaborate on marketing content across channels, maintain fundraising records in CRM, prepare sponsor stewardship reports, and represent the organization at sponsor events, tradeshows and conferences. This is an in-person role located in Arlington, VA. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of fundraising/development or B2B sales experience, plus strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Raiser’s Edge preferred).
