Job Summary
Senior Associate on Chase’s Corporate Development team accelerates and transforms the business by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions and investments. Responsibilities include conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential investments and acquisitions; preparing high-quality investment memos and presentations for senior management; supporting due diligence with market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment; collaborating with internal stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Technology, as well as Legal, Risk, Control and Compliance; synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Preferred experience includes 5+ years in investment banking, corporate M&A, business development, strategy/financial consulting, private equity, or venture capital, with a track record of driving transactions and growth through M&A or investments; proficiency with Excel and valuation techniques; familiarity with M&A tools (e.g., Pitchbook, Crunchbase, CapIQ) and an interest in applying AI tools to research and analysis.
