Job Summary
Corporate Development Manager responsible for driving Nebius’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Build and maintain an M&A pipeline, identify acquisition targets, conduct market profiling and financial/strategic analysis, lead due diligence, develop financial models and investment proposals, drive deal execution from sourcing to closing, and support post-merger integration. Collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and the investment community; preference for experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, with sector familiarity in AI/tech/software and fluency in additional European languages. Office-based in Amsterdam or London with an emphasis on playing a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy across Europe and North America.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development
- Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment
