Corporate Development (M&A) Analyst

Job Summary
Analyst supports corporate development and M&A efforts by reviewing earnings quality from third-party diligence, building pro forma financial projections for 12- to 24-month horizons with input from operations and analytics from our business intelligence team, and communicating LOI valuations with our M&A and integration teams. Performs ad hoc analyses for operations, finance, and the C-Suite as needed. Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical abilities, data interpretation, advanced Excel data manipulation, project-management, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2-5 years of similar work experience, preferably in retail, healthcare or other multi-location industry preferred
