Job Summary
Own the M&A process end-to-end by developing investment theses, sourcing targets, and leading cross-functional diligence to drive acquisitions aligned with Paxos's strategic priorities. Lead end-to-end equity fundraising by managing workstreams, preparing investor materials, controlling timelines, and maintaining relationships with current and prospective capital partners. Conduct rigorous financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence while preparing investment memos to support executive decision-making. Bring an external view on competitors and market structure to inform strategic planning and scale Paxos Ventures by recommending early-stage digital asset investments. Establish repeatable processes for deal sourcing and integration to build institutional knowledge across the corporate development team.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Proven ability to own a fundraising process end-to-end
- You likely have 7+ years of work experience
