Job Summary
Support the evaluation of strategic business opportunities, market analyses, and financial assessments across Bracco's business areas. Assist in transaction execution activities including acquisitions, licensing agreements, and strategic partnerships by preparing investment memoranda and briefing materials for senior management. Conduct industry research and due diligence to coordinate information requests and review commercial, financial, and strategic documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Commercial, Finance, and Legal to shape long-term strategy and ensure key projects meet timeline milestones. This internship offers exposure to corporate finance and healthcare innovation within a global group leader in diagnostic imaging.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields
- Strong academic record
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills
- Basic understanding of corporate finance and valuation methodologies
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, strategy, or healthcare
- Previous experience in PMO activities
- Familiarity with financial databases and tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ, Evaluate, IQVIA, Oracle Hyperion, Smartsheet)
- Italian
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in innovation within healthcare
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
