Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive market, product, and client research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic planning. Take ownership of strategic projects alongside leadership while collaborating with top-tier Asset Management partners. Support the acquisition and onboarding of wealth managers, banks, and family offices through targeted outreach and structured project support. Design and optimize dashboards, performance reports, and CRM workflows to enhance sales efficiency, and contribute to financial modelling and strategic analyses to drive sustainable revenue growth. Work closely with industry leaders in Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Assets to develop new product strategies and investor materials within a fast-growing B2B2C platform.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and German
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's (4th semester or higher) or Master's program, or recently graduated in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Initial experience through internships in Start-Ups, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or similar environments
- Confident in using PowerPoint and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in finance, ideally with a focus on Private Markets (e.g. Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
