Job Summary
Associate on Chase Corporate Development Dining and High Net Worth team to identify and negotiate partnerships, structure end-to-end deal terms, collaborate with finance and legal, develop strategy with LOBs, create financial models in Excel, draft term sheets and negotiation briefs, monitor KPIs and governance, and drive post-deal performance management across dining and high net worth partnerships in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience with partnership, strategy, and deal execution
- Experience formulating business strategy, including structuring problems, completing analysis, and making recommendations
- Deep analytical skills, including understanding of common financial statements and ability to build financial models in Excel
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders, including drafting persuasive business cases, term sheets, and negotiation briefs
- Comfort working across departments and lines of business within large organizations and fostering long-term relationships
