Job Summary
Lead cross-functional negotiations and execution of cobrand and network partnerships to drive business results; collaborate with lines of business to develop partnership strategy, structure and deliver partner proposals with overall vision, partnership economics, and product integration; work with finance, legal, and other partners to craft financial business cases and deal terms; ensure compliance with Corporate Development policies and procedures; communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders and leverage existing partnerships with major players such as Amazon, Disney, United, Marriott, and major payment networks to advance the consumer franchise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Deep analytical skills and ability to build financial models in Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and formulating business strategies
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new or ambiguous situations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Proven cross-departmental collaboration within large organizations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with cobrand deals
- Experience across financial services and banking
- Management consulting experience
