Job Summary
Senior Associate in Corporate Development Co-brand & Network Partnerships oversees end-to-end cobrand and network partnership negotiations with major partners. Responsibilities include identifying and executing partnership opportunities, developing strategic recommendations with business lines, creating partner proposals with vision and economics, building financial business cases and deal terms with finance and legal, monitoring competitive developments, and ensuring deals comply with policies and procedures. Key skills include cross-functional collaboration, financial analysis and modeling in Excel, preparing presentations for leadership, and strong written/oral communication to internal and external stakeholders.
