Job Summary
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities within Indonesia and the broader SEA region. Manage the deal lifecycle, from sourcing to due diligence and transaction execution, while developing financial models and valuation analysis to support decision-making. Perform comprehensive due diligence, risk assessment, and integration planning for potential deals, preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership. Lead post-merger integration efforts for acquired entities to ensure seamless operational transition and synergy realization. Work closely with senior management to define and execute corporate development strategy, maintaining a robust pipeline of M&A targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, venture capital, or a similar corporate development role
- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and market analysis
- Demonstrated experience in deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution
- Familiarity with SEA markets and ability to assess market opportunities across the region
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CA)
- Prior experience in the software or Accounting/HR industry
- Established network with industry contacts within SEA or Indonesia
- Experience with post-merger integration and project management
