Job Summary
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support budgeting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and M&A transactions. Proactively spotlight and illustrate strategic insights that help drive decisions and refine the Company's strategic direction. Support the creation of executive- and board-ready presentation materials while collaborating with operations, finance, and executive leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor benchmarks to inform strategy. Serve as a key contributor on cross-functional initiatives supporting corporate growth. This role operates in a clerical office setting with a 40-hour workweek, including overtime and night or weekend shifts as needed. The position is within CEC Facilities, LLC, a leader in electrical infrastructure and mission critical systems with projects exceeding $200 million in contract value.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, or a similar analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated with a bias for action, accountability, and results
- Analytical thinker with strong business judgment
- Able to work independently while aligned to broader Company strategy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
- Collaborative and results-driven, comfortable operating in high-visibility settings
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed
- The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Possess good hearing, normal or corrected
