Job Summary
Corporate Development Associate supports high-impact corporate development and strategic initiatives, focusing on M&A and asset evaluations. You will build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses, prepare investment memos and business cases, coordinate cross-functional due diligence, conduct market and industry analyses, develop executive presentations, track deliverables, and support ad-hoc analysis. The role is designed for professionals transitioning from investment banking into corporate strategy and development, offering direct exposure to strategic decision-making, value creation, and operational outcomes alongside senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of investment banking experience
- Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- MBA or CFA (or progress toward CFA)
- Experience with end-to-end deal execution
