Job Summary
Support the execution of strategic transactions by leading due diligence, developing investment memos, and coordinating negotiation activities across Corporate Development, Legal, and Operations teams. Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses. Conduct market research and competitive assessments in digital infrastructure, cloud, and AI sectors to inform investment decisions and site development plans. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive transaction execution, support integration planning, and assess portfolio performance against targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience, preferably in Investment Banking/Top tier Management consulting/Corporate Finance/Corporate Development at a leading technology company
- Proved experience with financial modelling in Excel and Power Point
- Proved experience in accounting and financial analysis, understanding the main drivers and relation of the 3 financial statements
Desired Qualifications
- Master's, CPA or MBA
- Preferred Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud, AI infrastructure, real estate, or energy sectors
- Exposure to M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or large-scale capital projects
- Familiarity with project finance and infrastructure investment analysis, ideally with previous investment banking and / or corporate development experience
