Job Summary
Corporate Development Analyst to support Electric Hydrogen on capital raises, strategic transactions, and long-term planning. Responsibilities include financial modeling, evaluating strategic opportunities, preparing materials for internal/external audiences, due diligence coordination across transactions, and developing the EH2 investor model. Requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment. Hybrid work from NYC office; exceptional candidates may be considered for fully remote arrangements. Location(s): NYC or San Jose area in the US.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of full-time experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, business operations, startups, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
