Corporate Derivatives Underwriting Associate - Dallas

Corporate Derivatives Underwriting Associate will act as the primary underwriter on a broad range of derivative transactions, taking ownership from initial engagement through credit approval. Develop independent credit views, identify key risks and mitigants, coordinate with Sales, Credit Risk Management, Legal and Derivative Documentation teams, and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations in underwriting memoranda. Build and maintain knowledge of derivative products, exposure profiles, and related legal documentation (ISDA Master Agreements, schedules, CSAs, Guarantees, Credit Agreements), and contribute to process improvements, onboarding, and junior team development. Requires high-judgment, ownership, strong understanding of corporate finance and derivatives, ability to engage with legal concepts, and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
