Job Summary
Prepare and negotiate entity formation, operating agreements, merger and acquisition documents, private equity and venture capital financing documents, compliance documents, and complex commercial agreements. Manage significant client interaction through effective communications and the negotiation of diverse business transactions. Collaborate within a team of Corporate attorneys while maintaining a robust work ethic and attention to detail. This mid-level attorney role is based in the Atlanta office in a hybrid arrangement at a prestigious Am 200 law firm.
