Job Summary
Lead site-level customer quality initiatives including RMA investigations, root cause analysis, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing; manage quality metrics, audits, and continuous improvement; supervise quality technicians/engineers; implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) related to outgoing product and customer requirements; drive corrective actions using DFMEA/PFMEA, control plans, and related tools; maintain and improve systems for product traceability, data analysis (SPC, Pareto), and quality dashboards; prepare and present customer-facing quality reports and metrics; travel up to 30% to meet customer needs.
