Job Summary
Draft and review legal documentation for client incorporation, operations, and liquidation while monitoring transaction steps for adherence to Luxembourg law and internal processes. Manage client servicing by handling requests for transactions, statutory filings, and outflows, coordinating with central operations to resolve tax, administration, and banking issues. Detect corporate and tax issues, organize shareholder and board meetings, and take up directorship mandates or client payroll as requested. Collect KYC documentation, maintain client file completeness, and record working hours in the billing system. Collaborate with law firms, auditors, and tax advisors to support the Funds business growth in Luxembourg.
Required Qualifications
- Law, Economics and/or Tax degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a professional services firm
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulation
