Corporate Counsel

Review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and supplier codes of conduct, holding vCluster's position professionally without stalling momentum. Manage a high volume of enterprise contracts across major clients while building and maintaining contract templates, redline playbooks, and internal guidance to accelerate lower-risk paperwork. Use research tools to provide the business with fast, well-reasoned legal answers, separating core expertise from areas requiring specialized outside counsel. Work directly with sales leadership to protect the company's interests while maintaining deal velocity. This role sits at the center of vCluster's scaling efforts as the leading platform for operating GPU infrastructure in the AI era. The position requires a commercially sharp lawyer comfortable with SaaS and enterprise agreements who can give clear, good-enough answers quickly while flagging real risk.
