Corporate Counsel - M&A and Corporate Affairs

Corporate Counsel – M&A and Corporate Affairs with a fully remote role based in the United States. Supports acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, de novo developments, divestitures, equity investments, and other transactions; provides guidance on corporate governance, entity management, and tax matters; drafts and negotiates transaction agreements; conducts due diligence; prepares written opinions and management guidance; maintains governance policies and board/committee materials; collaborates with development, strategy, finance, and operations teams; requires JD with 5+ years of experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
