Job Summary
Corporate Counsel for Intellectual Property Enforcement responsible for supporting strategic enforcement activities, including investigations, raids, and litigations targeting counterfeiters, advising on DMCA takedowns and online IP complaints across major platforms, and coordinating with global IP teams and business units to safeguard PlayStation IP; requires strong experience in copyright, design, and trademark enforcement, familiarity with e-commerce takedowns, cross-border enforcement, and policy/law developments, plus project management and communication skills. Fluency in English with a plus for Spanish; hybrid in-office/remote work model in San Mateo, CA.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent)
- membership in good standing in a US state bar
- Current member admitted to and in good standing with California state bar
