Job Summary

Draft, review, edit, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, sales contracts, and licensing deals. Develop and refine contract templates while staying abreast of relevant laws to provide legal interpretations and draft policies. Offer practical guidance to business units on legal risks and assist in managing small-scale litigation matters, including response preparation and settlement negotiations. Maintain Enterprise operations compliance with applicable laws. Requires a Juris Doctor degree, active bar membership, and minimum five years of transactional legal experience. Must work in-office three full days weekly and occasionally travel to warehouse environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership
  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience as a transactional attorney
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
  • Ability to travel
  • Must be able to come into the office a minimum of three full days a week
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs
