Job Summary
Corporate Counsel to support global corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions and provide legal support for strategic transactions, including financings, restructurings, and M&A. Responsibilities include managing formation, maintenance, and governance of entities; drafting and updating corporate documents; coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel; conducting legal research across jurisdictions; maintaining records and compliance calendars; and contributing to risk assessment and mitigation in a fast-growing international business environment.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree
- 5–6 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience supporting corporate transactions and working with external counsel
- Excellent project management, legal research, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
