Job Summary

Corporate Counsel to manage a high-volume docket of consumer litigation and arbitration matters, develop case strategy, oversee and direct outside counsel, and collaborate with Care, Executive Response, and other teams to mitigate risk and improve customer outcomes. Responsibilities include hands-on litigation support, driving resolution, identifying trends, advising on process improvements, managing internal stakeholders, and contributing to scalable litigation processes. JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (and willingness to obtain Kansas license) and 2–4 years of experience (with preferred 4–7 years in consumer litigation/arbitration), plus strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Also beneficial: experience in telecommunications or similarly regulated industries.
