Job Summary
Corporate Counsel – Consumer Litigation at T-Mobile leads a high-volume docket of consumer litigation and arbitration matters, partners with internal teams to resolve disputes, directs outside counsel, and contributes to the strategic development of consumer litigation processes. The role emphasizes hands-on litigation work, case strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risk while improving customer outcomes. Requires JD, active U.S. bar membership (Kansas license preferred), and 2-4 years (with preference for 4–7) of experience in in-house or top law-firm settings focusing on consumer litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution. The position offers a comprehensive total rewards package and competitive base salary range ($123,200–$222,200) with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willingness to get a Kansas Bar License
- 2-4 years of experience as a business attorney, with relevant in-house and/or top law firm transitional experience
- Preferred 4–7 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on consumer litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution
