Job Summary
Support development and management of ethics and compliance programs, policies, and training while providing legal advice on the Code of Conduct, anti-bribery, antitrust, and regional compliance matters. Deliver ethics and legal compliance trainings, drive employee engagement campaigns, and foster a culture of integrity throughout the organization. Facilitate periodic risk self-assessments, support compliance audits, and develop tracking metrics for the enterprise risk program. Manage employee requests regarding gifts, entertainment, and political contributions, and coordinate integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. Anticipate potential legal exposure, research developments impacting operations, and collaborate with business partners to advance priorities consistent with company policies and laws.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School
- Admission to the bar of the State of Minnesota
- 4+ years of in-house, law firm and/or regulatory agency experience in the areas of ethics and compliance
