Corporate Counsel – Advisory Services (Hybrid)

Provide dedicated legal support to AECOM’s Advisory Services business line, partnering with leadership and project teams across public and private sector engagements. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex professional services agreements (including master services agreements and statements of work), structuring teaming arrangements and strategic partnerships, supporting multiple offices, serving as the primary legal partner to consulting and advisory teams, guiding risk management and compliance with company policies, translating legal issues into actionable business guidance for senior leaders, preparing/disclosing to public agencies, researching legislation and precedents relevant to advisory services, preparing legal memoranda and briefs, resolving pre-litigation disputes, managing external counsel and litigation budgets, and traveling as needed. Minimum requirements include a JD, active U.S. bar membership, and at least 5 years of relevant experience; preferred qualifications emphasize strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and sponsorship/relocation details. Travel approximately 10%, sponsorship not available, relocation not available, and hybrid remote/in-office work.
