Job Summary
Corporate Cost Accounting Manager leading enterprise-wide cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis; owns standard costing methodologies, variance analysis, and GAAP-compliant processes while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and corporate leadership to drive cost transparency and profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing cost-related components of monthly/quarterly/annual close, preparing cost and margin reporting, supporting audits, maintaining ERP-based cost accounting and internal controls, and driving process improvements for scalability. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 6–8+ years in cost accounting, strong knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis, experience with ERP systems, and advanced Excel/data analysis; preferred CPA/CMA or similar certification; on-site at Redmond, WA with a salary range of $135k–$155k plus potential incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel/data analysis
