Job Summary
Lead and oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close processes. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial statements in accordance with GAAP while establishing internal controls to maintain audit readiness. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory examinations, directing financial reports to support executive decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and HR to align operations with business objectives and drive continuous improvement through process automation. Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning, while evaluating structure to support organizational growth. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm in office in Frisco, TX or St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

- Strong experience with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
