Job Summary
Oversee the Accounting and Finance Department for the accurate and timely completion of monthly financial close, internal and external reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits. Establish and maintain systems and controls safeguarding company assets while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, US GAAP, and tax regulations. Maximize financial returns by managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, and proactively drive initiatives to improve profitability and long-term performance. Identify investment opportunities, evaluate risks, and prepare reports summarizing business activity and financial position. Lead HR strategies for talent development, coaching, and recruiting a high-performing workforce. Based in Northfield, MN, this role requires 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment and reports to the Chase Corporate Controller.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
