Corporate Controller

Oversee the accounting department and manage all functions including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting. Lead the month/quarter/year-end close process and prepare monthly financial statements while providing strategic insight through metrics-based analysis. Establish internal controls to safeguard assets, document financial policies, and guide departmental staff. Manage internal and external accountants for tax filings, prepare reporting packages for stakeholders and lenders, and lead the annual audit with external auditors. Drive continuous improvement in operations, implement new processes, and handle ad-hoc requests such as system upgrades and workflow automation.
