Corporate Controller

Job Summary
Oversee review and compilation of month-end deliverables, assist in integrating acquired companies' financial reporting and processes, and manage all intercompany relationships between portfolio entities and affiliated groups. Review journal entries and account reconciliations, act as an escalation point for technical IFRS queries, and monitor external audit timelines. Track debt covenant compliance, propose actions where appropriate, and support systems implementations for NetSuite and Blackline. Ensure local control process compliance through peer review. Fully remote role with quarterly office visits to Toronto or Mississauga; requires 5+ years of accounting experience including audit and acquisition work.
Required Qualifications
