Job Summary
Manage overall staff in daily transactions including cash receipts, disbursements, accounts receivable, payroll, and revenue accounting. Oversee revenue operations, daily general accounting activities, and the monthly closing process, including foreign currency translations and balance sheet reconciliation. Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for external lenders and coordinate annual external audits. Provide financial expertise for business decisions, assist with budget preparation, and integrate accounting for acquisitions. Review and improve internal controls to safeguard assets while supporting new ERP system implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA
- Technical and analytical capabilities with deep understanding of GAAP
- At least 2 years strong people management and team leadership with ability to hire and develop talented individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
