Corporate Controller

Job Summary
Hands-on Corporate Controller to direct and supervise finance and cost accounting functions, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting with analysis against budget and forecasts, oversee AP/AR/credit/collections and treasury, design and monitor internal controls, lead budgeting and cash forecasting, coordinate inventory cycle counts, and contribute to process improvements. Requires 10+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP and advanced Excel skills, CPA preferred, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- CPA or related experience (early career audit experience a plus)
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience with a cost accounting background
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Accounting/GAAP knowledge as it applies to privately held companies
- ERP, data mining, and strong/advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
