Job Summary
The Corporate Contract Specialist role involves supporting the Legal Department through contract administration, legal research, and document management. Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, developing and improving contract templates, and providing support for employment-related legal matters. Candidates should possess 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into clear, practical guidance
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
